You just created a fresh new report and customized it with all the options your client wants. All that remains now is to send it to your client with the latest rankings, to show them the work you do for their rankings improvement.

Because you don't want to have this email look like an automated one, you can customize the message body of the email your client will receive from you. Just access the Whitelabel section of your account and customize all the "Email templates" fields:

Multiple variables can be included so you don't have to customize the report for each client:

• first name - the first name of the client

• report name - the name of the report you send to the client

• project name - the name of the project where the report was generated from

• generation date - the date for which the report was generated

When your client will receive the email with the report you generated for them, the email content will look very nice and friendly.
